Michael Chau
Co-Founder, President and Broker of Record
Commencing his real estate career in 2012, Michael immediately deeply entrenched in Pre- Construction front lines of marketing and Sales in Ontario, Canada. With a humble persona and hardworking mentality, he thrives on the opportunity to expand and excel in unfamiliar territory. From starting as site administrator to overseeing projects as marketing and sales manager he was able to acquired the vast experience to consult on key matters relating to project planning, strategic sales planning and execution. As well as having an acute attention to purchasers needs he also has a vast experience to ensure that Developers are armed with relevant market data and trends in order to meet the market effectively ahead of sales launches. Throughout all this, he has developed a solid professional relationships with some of the industries top developers, consultants and brokers.

Prior to co-founding Skyline Marketing Realty Inc, Michael had the pleasure of working with a few developers spanning over 10 projects from Scarborough to Oakville Ontario, totalling approximately 5000 condominium units, worth over $2 Billion in sales/inventory.
Raymond Chau

A native to the Toronto and Greater Toronto Area, Raymond was born and raised in the east end of Toronto. With over two decades of experience working with Toronto’s most prominent developers and marketing agencies, Raymond’s hands-on commitment and extensive knowledge, has reserved him a spot among the top real estate consultants in the industry. As a real estate investor himself, Raymond is rooted in the success of the real estate industry and approaches each project with the same passion and dedication.

Raymond has been responsible for the strategic planning and launch of 20 distinct communities and the successful sale of over 10,000 homes. Notable projects include Haven on the Bluffs, King Blue by
Greenland, Lakeside, KSquare just to name a few.
